There are lots of great websites out there on how to do outdoor learning with different age groups and different subject areas. I will continue to add to this page as I find them and/or you send them to me.
Take Me Outside: Another site dedicated to getting students outside with lots of ideas and activities to do so. The resources are mostly links to a lot of other sites with different outdoor learning ideas.

The Outdoor Learning Store: They have hosted virtual workshops on a wide variety of outdoor learning topics. Past workshops are available to watch at this link.

Lessons in Grass: Another great site with some outdoor learning resources and ideas particularly in the areas of math and science.

Green Schoolyards America: This is a link to their National Outdoor Learning Library with lots of practical resources for taking learning outside.

Outdoor Education Collective: The entire goal of this website is to provide resources and ideas for educating in the outdoors.

Physical and Health Education Canada (PHE Canada): A national charitable association focused on physical and health education. Their free resource section has a number of outdoor activities for all grade levels.

Learning Through Landscapes: A UK based charity that is dedicated to enhancing outdoor learning and play for children. Lots of great outdoor learning ideas for all subject and grade levels.

Mentoring Nature Connections: An excellent site by Lauren MacLean with lots of great ideas on how to take students outside including an excellent podcast with numerous guests that has good information for experienced and new to outdoor learning teachers alike.

Let's Talk Outdoors: The SaskOutdoors website and podcast are an excellent resource with a variety of guest speakers and resources.

Megan Zeni Outdoor Learning: This is an excellent site for all sorts of resources on outdoor learning for all ages.

Learning Through Landscapes: An organization out of the UK that is about promoting forest schools and outdoor learning. While they have a paid membership option, they have a number of free activities that cover a wide range of ages and curriculum areas.
